One Hour Session - $50
30 Minute Session - $30
Train alongside other driven athletes in a competitive, high-energy setting. Small-group sessions blend individualized coaching with game-like intensity — pushing each athlete to elevate their performance by design.
2-4 Athletes - $40/Athlete
5-6 Athletes - $25/Athlete
Our Team Training sessions are built to elevate performance across every position. Each session blends speed, strength, and mobility work with game-speed competition and accountability.
Team programs are customized to match the season phase — off-season, pre-season, in-season, or post-season — and designed to maximize both performance and team culture.

The Mind Behind Elite By Design
Scott Olivo is the founder and head performance coach of Elite By Design, bringing years of experience as a baseball player, strength coach, and educator to every athlete he trains. A former college and professional baseball player, he combines firsthand athletic experience with a deep background in human performance and sport science.
Backed by both academic study and real-world experience, Coach Olivo earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Human Performance and is currently pursuing his Master’s in Exercise & Sport Science at Wayne State University, specializing in strength and conditioning, athlete development, and sport psychology. Scott’s coaching philosophy is simple — train with intent, compete with purpose, and improve by design. Every session is built around movement quality, explosive performance, and mental discipline. His educational foundation, combined with years of hands-on coaching at the high school, collegiate, and private levels, allows him to design evidence-based, sport-specific programs that bridge the gap between the weight room and the field — helping athletes of all levels move better, feel stronger, and play faster.
